The property was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful as much as could be expected. Only issue we had is that we were not able to check into our room until 4:45 although check in was at 4pm. Check in agent claimed they did not have the housekeeping staff to get the rooms ready in time.

The worst hotel I been, the a/c didn’t work. When I checked in they assigned me a room That was under construction so I had to go back and ask for another room. I felt like I was in a horror movie motel. Checked out the next day even though I had one more night but just couldn’t stay there anymore.

When we arrived the first thing we noticed was the trash built up around the trash can by the front entrance. Overflowing and all over the ground - great first impression. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous but he was clearly overwhelmed. Nightstand was nasty - had to clean it. Remote was nasty and broken. We had no hand towels or washcloths. No parking in front so we had to park in the back - same trash situation as the front as it was overflowing and all over the ground. Due to the conditions we had no desire to try the breakfast. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, cups or filters to make coffee. Ice machine was broken. Came back to the hotel the next day after moving our son in and we actually had hand towels and washcloths. However, the room had not been addressed and the bed wasn’t made up or cleaned. Instead of staying another evening we packed up and just drove the 5 hours home. Hotel and property is very much in decline. I have no idea how Wyndham allowed their name to be attached to this property. There was a cheap sign on the outside that said “Wyndham”. There was nothing else about this property that symbolized what you think of when you think of a Wyndham property. Don’t stay here.
